You can also reach all rooms comfortably by lift. As a guest of our hotel, the use of the car park, indoor swimming pool and sauna is of course free of charge.

You are welcome to book directly with us online on our homepage, but we are also happy to meet you personally on the phone.
When can I check in?
Your room will be ready for you from 15:00. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact our reception.
How long can we check in?
Please check in by 20:00 at the latest. If you wish to arrive later, please contact our reception in advance and we will organise a self-check-in for you.
Arrival at night / Self Check in:
You cannot make it to our regular opening hours or your arrival is still uncertain. We will be happy to prepare a self-check-in for you if you arrive later or at night. Please contact us in advance for this.
Until when do we have to leave?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Would you like a late check-out? We will be happy to arrange this for you for a small fee.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking.
Where can I get the Alb Card and how much does it cost?
Sie möchten die schwäbische Alb erkunden? Die Alb Card erhalten Sie bei uns an der Rezeption natürlich kostenfrei.
Which means of payment are accepted?
Wir akzeptieren alle gängigen Zahlungsmittel. Bar, EC-Karte, Visa, Mastercard und American Express. Sollten Sie die Zahlung auf Rechnung wünschen, benötigen wir von Ihnen oder Ihrer Firma vorab eine formloses schriftliche Kostenübernahmeerklärung.
When is breakfast time?
Frühstück gibt es unter der Woche von 06:15 – 10:00 Uhr am Samstag und Sonntag von 08:00 – 10:00 Uhr
Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is free of charge for our hotel guests, towels can be found in your room or at the reception. Our swimming pool is open daily from 06:15 - 22:00 and on weekends from 08:00 - 22:00..
Sauna
Our sauna is free of charge for our hotel guests. You will find towels in your room or at the reception. Our sauna is always open in the evening from 17:00 - 22:00. Would you like to use the sauna earlier? Just let us know at the reception desk. In the summer months, please book the sauna half an hour in advance at reception. We will be happy to bring it up to temperature for you.
Are pets allowed?
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Haustiere nicht in allen Zimmerkategorien erlaubt sind. Wir berechnen eine Reinigungspauschale von 15,00€/Nacht pro Haustier. Im Restaurant und beim Frühstück sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Im Biergarten wiederum dürfen Sie Ihren Vierbeiner gerne mitbringen.

A free broadband internet connection via wireless lan is available throughout the house.
Bowling alley
Our bowling alley is available for a small fee (approx.8€/hour) in the house next door. You can make reservations at the reception.
